"I rarely write reviews, but I must be fair. In so many years purchasing insurance for home or car, I haven’t ever worked with somebody like Alex. This is the first time somebody actually took the time to go through the policy and more importantly, the type of property. It turns out that I’ve been purchasing an instance that was 4 times more expensive just because nobody ever explained to me what the HOA covered in the master policy. He started asking questions to find out about the property when he realized I’ve been using a more experienced insurance. Of course, this is only possible when you work with somebody who truly cares about customers. Great job, Alex! Thank you very much! I highly recommend him!"
