"I was with them for few years but today I requested a new agency for their terrible customer service. I have 2 auto and 2 home owners policy with state farm. They mistakenly listed both my policy as primary home and I tried to fix it for 4 months without any luck. Apparently someone named Colleen was responsible to fix it. Called 4 times and finally was able to get a hold of her. She said she will check and follow up with me in few hours, that was 2 weeks ago. In the meantime I received a letter from state farm that they can't renew my policy because of that. Today I gave up on this agency and Colleen and requested a new agency. I think 4 calls and almost 4 months is more than enough. I would recommend working with another agency, avoid this one. Your service experience will be terrible after they get the sales."

"I switched over to this office in March 2024 from another state farm agent of many years at the recommendation from my family. Overall the experience has been positive, but what has been most frustrating is the ability to get a hold of my agent in a timely manner. It takes numerous emails and phone calls. I admit that I tend to have a lot of questions/concerns as I am a very cautious person and want to know exactly what I am buying, yet I feel I have the right to ask and get answers. Nevertheless, they always come through. Despite some challenges we have faced with underwriters, my agent was able to help us insure our assets properly. I would appreciate, though, if I could've been informed of changes to my policy(ies) when the changes happen, not finding out on my own months later. I contemplated switching to another office, but for now I decided to stay with this agent after being able to properly communicate my needs and my agent understanding my needs. Just a good, calm, thorough conversation is what was needed.
