"Don't sign with this agency. After I paid in full for six months, four months into the policy, they asked for an additional 400+ dollars or they were canceling my policy. It was because of a paper that needed to be re-signed because they changed companies, but they did a terrible job of communicating this to policy holders. I filed a complaint with the state of Florida and I'm still waiting for a resolution from the agency.

New info: I finally spoke to Alexis at this agency. She admits that maybe they didn’t do a great job informing people that a form needed to be signed but was unwilling to make it right. I just switched insurance companies. I don’t need to deal with dishonorable, deceitful companies."
